Minimum Orders:
Minimum order amount is $50.00. On some items, case lots cannot be broken.

Payment Terms:
VISA, MASTER CARD, CASH, CHEQUE, WIRE TRANSFER
Special orders will require a non-refundable deposit. Call for details.
Net 30 day terms only apply to prior approved accounts.

Delivery Terms:
General delivery terms are 30 days ARO. Rush deliveries can be made if needed. (Contact North Woods Canoe Company Ltd. customer service for help with rush deliveries)

Freight: Freight will be FOB (Freight on Board) origin unless otherwise specified. Freight will be prepaid and added to invoice unless FOB destination is requested and quoted.

DAMAGES DURING SHIPPING
PLEASE NOTE ALL PRODUCTS THAT LEAVE OUR FACILITIES HAVE BEEN INSPECTED FOR QUALITY. WE ACT ON YOUR BEHALF TO SHIP THE ITEMS TO YOU. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS OF THE CARRIER. IF ANY ITEM IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR NOTING DAMAGE ON THE WAYBILL AND MAKING CLAIM AGAINST THE CARRIER FOR DAMAGES SUFFERED. ALTERNATELY YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE THE SHIPMENT FROM THE CARRIER IF IT IS SEVERELY DAMAGED AND MAKE CLAIM AGAINST THEM FOR DAMAGES INCLUDING THE FREIGHT CHARGES.
